Description
The “Waves” hair wraps are perfect for adding to your dreadlocks or non-dreaded hair to add a little texture and colour. The theme of these hair wraps is Waves as it’s inspired by the colours of the sea and the waves. I have used merino wool, some velvet, faux suede, shells collected from the sea, wooden beads, stones and talismans.
Tie them onto your hair using the attached elasticated bobble for an instant bohemian, sea inspired vibe.
Each hair wrap is uniquely decorated and features an array of grey/green and white velvet, green, blue and brown merino wool which is hand made by British artists I met at the Cumbrian Wool Gathering and some additional wooden beads I made from lemon wood and when I was in Cyprus. Some of the shells were collected at the Cumbrian sea side. Talismans, feathers, semi precious stones, and beautiful decorative charms have been added to this beautiful wraps and some beads designed by me with the pyrography technique.

Design 1:
Made with teal and green merino wool, grey cotton wool, camel faux suede cord, shells I hand picked from the sea, feathers and talismans, a lemon tree bead I made and other beads I decorated with the pyrography technique.

Design 2:
Made with green/grey velvet cord, camel faux suede leather, shells and beads I decorated with the pyrography technique.
Size: 50cm
Design 3:
Made with brown, teal and green merino wool, white and green/grey velvet cord. I added a large bead I design with the pyrography technique and a metal coin talisman, plus coconut decorative beads.
Size: 55cm
Design 4:
Made with teal and green merino wool, grey cotton wool, camel faux suede cord, shells I hand picked from the sea, decorated with handmade wooden beads from lemon tree, and beads I decorated with the pyrography technique.
Size: 50cm
Design 5:
Made with brown, teal and green merino wool, adorned with a lemon tree wooden bead shells I hand picked from the sea, a tangerine handmade bead, an antique bronze shell talisman and beads I decorated with the pyrography technique.
