Warrior Dreads and Styling
Warrior Dreads and Styling
The warrior style is by far one of my favourites when I’m dreading. Through the years I’ve collected some great photos of people that I dreaded with the warrior style and I’d like to share it with you.
You can use them as inspiration for your look, or if you are potentially thinking of having dreads, these styles can give you ideas. So let’s go and dive into some warrior dreads and styling.
My Warrior Ladies
Women with dreads are figures that your eyes will catch straight away on the streets. The shaved sides, the undercuts, the dread fish-tales, the french plats, they make their dreadlock styles just amazing!
I do love them all! They are so strong and different. Each single one of them. It’s funny how they all said that after they got their dreads, they have a mad connection with them. Something that keeps them connected to their hair better than before and more connected to them selves as well. That just makes my heart open! ❤️
Warrior Woman with Maori tattoos and dreads:
Rachel has visited my studio in Manchester to get her dreadlocks. A lady who has a body almost full of tattoos now. She always loved dreads and finally she decided to get her hair dreaded with some natural dread extensions added to them. Her style now looks even more fulfilled, looking like a warrior 🙂
The Maori tattoos on her, along with many others just make her look stunning (even more than what she is) and the dreads just complete her look. The shaved sides and undercut are matching the warrior look perfectly and the decoration with beads is a playful addition.
Other things you can add on dreadlocks to achieve the style are hair wraps and feathers to support the look. You can find a great selection of Dreadlock Beads on my shop. Or you can book an appointment with me to install some hair wraps on your dreads or hair.
Viking Dread Styles on Men:
Now these guys are super warriors. They have that viking warrior look that no one can resist. I love men with dreads, I adore the viking dread style 🛡️❤️⚔️
Dreadhawks, dread fish-tales, and let’s not forget the beards! It’s all about that hair at the end of the day 😉
The first man in the photo is a real Viking man of the North of England, Garth Urlicson a great creative who works with wood and creates up-cycled furniture because nothing should go to waste! Love his style!
The last one in the big picture is Lord Ryan Merga who brews his own mead, beers and wines! He has one of the most iconic Viking styles with his ginger hair and very long beard!
